I am an experienced IT specialist and Technical Writer with a particular expertise in higher-education, K through 12, and all things Apple. My technology know-how is definitely not limited to only Apple products; I have extensive experience with Linux and Windows servers and desktop machines as well as networking hardware and creative applications.
