Julio is a natural team lead. His responsibility includes managing small and medium teams. He is responsible amd able to managing customer requests in a proper manner.

Julio has been succesful with integrating the globalization and standardization of regional processes. He is the global point of contact and leads escalations regarding critical items impacting any aspect of reporting including data quality, system outages and failing business processes. He’s responsible for driving significant positive change within the team while continually under pressure to deliver upon our global strategies

As the global lead, he is also responsible for all projects that have an impact on the reporting ecosystem. He has successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously using effective time and priority management skills. Julio’s work is consistently thorough and well thought out providing strong attention to details and format.
