Manages a team of skilled IAM professionals to deliver complex IAM projects comprising of Consulting, Implementation, Operations and Managed IAM Services. I also engaged in strategic decision-making process with respect to architectural consideration and designing complexities specific to customer environment for IAM solutions.

I have managed and driven Implementation of Identity & Access Management solution for Various Fortune 500 Clients. He was actively involved in architecting and designing the complex IAM platforms in and outside India.

Also experienced with Architecting, Designing, Consulting and Implementation of Identity and Access Management solution from various OEMs like OpenIAM,Oracle, Sailpoint,CA, IBM, etc. Implemented number of custom and out of the box connectors and agents to ERP, Directories & Databases for the Identity Management solution.

I worked on a diverse range of WebServer, Directory Server platforms & integrated IAM solutions on Java platform.
