More Nuix eDiscovery Pros →

"It indexes much faster, and is more reflexive because of the Enscripts.""I like the processing feature on the product because it does everything at once, i.e, indexing, recovery, keyword searches, etc.""The technical support is excellent.""The solution is very stable.""It speeds up the process, so I can meet my deadlines.""The most important feature we've found is the Enscripts. Cons
"The product was born and designed to be used inside the IT department, but it would be improved by allowing end-users to search for info related to specific needs."

More IBM StoredIQ Cons →

"My past experience with the Nuix eDiscovery platform showed it was clunky when reviewing individual files and viewing folder structures. I wondered why we had to process in Nuix eDiscovery and then transfer to another review platform, this was a waste of time. I wish Nuix eDiscovery would have a comprehensive review platform in-house. I heard they have improved in this area, but our firm hasn't invested in it. Integrating the processing and review would make for a fantastic solution."

More Nuix eDiscovery Cons →

"I would like to see a capability to ingest and absorb more data. That would be really good. It currently is lacking this function.""Ease of use and learning curve need improvement.""Sometimes the application can take more time to complete the image processing or fail at the end of the process.""There were minor UI bugs.""We have come across problems with the end-case. We could not find an email discovery type of module and there was not flexibility with the email.""The reporting is a bit unreliable. It needs to be better.""In the past, incident response time for tech support was slow."
