I rate the tool's deployment a nine out of ten. It is easy. The deployment time for this solution is typically quite fast. Most typical technologies, such as Java or .NET applications, can take days. However, for more complex scenarios, it might take a few weeks. Overall, the deployment process is generally swift.

The usual deployment process starts with a technical assessment. Following this, the appropriate technology is acquired. Next, access to the client's systems is obtained, enabling the deployment of the agent onto their systems.

The product's setup phase is a bit tricky.

We have a team of three people to maintain this solution, but it may not be enough.

The initial setup is not complex or difficult. It's quite easy. That said, in many cases, there is no modification of the code. It cannot be done within the settings of the server. For mobile, that is something small to be included. Modifications need to be able to be made however, it's really not significant. There is no overhead in development, et cetera. It's really easy to use.

The complexity of the initial setup of this solution depends on the application that we are going to monitor. Normally, it takes four to five hours to set it up correctly in a normal environment. On the other hand, it can be complex as well. Typically, our turnaround time to have everything functioning would be about two days.
