Pros
"Customer are able to develop more quickly versions in which users can see the application to correct and monetize it.""The application is easy to use, as it is friendly and graphic.""With Google Analytics, you choose what performance metrics you want to have reported, but with AppPulse Mobile, you have a global vision of what is really happening inside your app.""We can collect data about the user experience and see how the user is behaving with the app, or check the behavior of the app itself.""The speed that you can get AppPulse out there was the brightest spot of this whole process.""The thing that I like about AppPulse is that it's easy application to install and an easy application to use to provide information for our customers.""It provides a lot of customer insight, understanding the customer's needs, understanding the customer's issues, and it gives me a more proactive approach to solving a customer problem before it happens.""It identifies transactions and flows of the operations that our customers use with our mobile application."

"The most valuable feature is the ability to Drill down to webpage actions.""The availability of the solution is its most valuable aspect. I can also Google anything I want and upload it on the cloud. I can do that using the mobile app. It is very helpful.""ORUEI lets you create a dashboard that shows you insight into the user experience.""The customers requires redundancy work to achieve a 99.999% uptime. To accomplish this, we installed this solution into storage. This setup ensures that if one node goes down, the system remains operational through another node. So that's the core aspect of the setup. Additionally, the schedule and the rental database run on servers, and behind these servers, we have storage. This storage operates as a single storage cluster, although there might be another storage option that costs around $30."

Cons
"It could be better if you had any of the reports that the customers asked from us, for example, punctually. Unfortunately, the reporter is not that practical.""It needs compatibility for Windows Mobile, because I think AppPulse doesn't have Windows Mobile.""I would love if AppPulse delivered more details about my users, for example, age and sex. It could split up the users into categories based on how frequently they use my product.""The regulations should be better customized for the kind of data that we cannot send to the SALs environment.""The ability to get CI information from AppPulse into OMi.""Currently, the information for management teams and technical teams are in the same view, but it would be useful if we could separate these views.""I think they can improve the feature that identifies the operating systems, the brand of the devices, the response time, geolocalization.""The one that sticks out in my mind is some flexibility to do recurring downtime."

"There are instances of imitation, like with processors. As customers, we aim to develop this area, particularly focusing on the networking facility and connectivity. The challenge lies in the connection between the DC and MDR, which is quite distant. The link between them needs to be reliable. When direct fiber isn't available, they resort to using dark fiber, which can lead to some limitations. This situation presents another layer of complexity, requiring approximately 11 feet of additional infrastructure. This is essential for ensuring that applications have minimal latency. In the event of any issues, an account is set up for cache memory to ensure that the system remains operational and can recover data from the cache as needed. Additionally, I have a secondary aspect to consider.""The application resource usage has increased due to using RUEI.""It would be nice if the solution could be integrated with Outlook. If I'm signing any quotation, any proposal, or any of my communications, I should be able to update that Oracle application as well.""Currently, it monitors web applications well, but ORUEI doesn't monitor mobile applications yet. It would be nice if they also added the ability to monitor mobile apps."
