Cons
Screen sharing is available but there is no feature for remote access, to take control of another machine.I haven't had any big challenges. The annotation feature should be improved. So if I need to mark something or point something out, it's there, but it's not that user friendly. Other than that it's fine. In terms of collaboration, I think there could be some improvement.
