Whiteboard is a good feature for having a meeting in which everyone can join to type or draw, and write. If we have a brainstorming-type meeting, we can share our own ideas with the whiteboard.Zoom is easy to use and makes it easy to communicate with people remotely in meetings.When there is a large number of people involved, I can pinpoint a particular person and I can message him in Zoom, rather than messaging everybody involved. I can directly communicate with that person and I find that feature very useful.The Mozilla extension is useful to schedule meetings.The user interface is simple.The most valuable feature is the screen recording.The most valuable feature is video conferencing.Compared to any other platform, Zoom has been very stable for meetings and conference calls.

They should improve the sharing file features from accessing the internal network. If we cannnot share our documents through this meeting, our meeting productivity will decrease dramatically. We need these features.The inclusion of some more advanced security features would be an improvement.I would like to see them develop end-to-end encryption, like WhatsApp. That would improve the security of the software.It is difficult to see and control whether you're muted or not, so the interface should be improved.Recently, most of the people in my organization have not been able to dial in using the telephone number and have been required to join meetings using their devices.I found it very confusing to set up a meeting.Zoom is an immature product that is not yet stable.I would like to see support for transferring files.
