Good audio and video quality, and it is easy to set up

What is our primary use case?

We primarily use BlueJeans for internal communication because it would require our clients to perform some setup. There is a small application that needs to be downloaded and most of our clients don't have it pre-installed on their computers.

Pros and Cons

  • "The quality of both audio and video is good."
  • "Screen sharing is available but there is no feature for remote access, to take control of another machine."

What other advice do I have?

My advice for anybody who is considering this product is to first try joining a meeting using the phone. It is easy to set up and you can see the quality. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

Simple, has an intuitive design and is more user-friendly than its competitors

Pros and Cons

  • "It is really easy and there are no complicated graphics or icons. It is simple and has an intuitive design. It's user-friendly over anything else I have used."
  • "I haven't had any big challenges. The annotation feature should be improved. So if I need to mark something or point something out, it's there, but it's not that user friendly. Other than that it's fine. In terms of collaboration, I think there could be some improvement."
