Find out what your peers are saying about Camunda, Apache, Pega and others in Business Process Management (BPM)."We contact their customer support often. They are very good and reliable."
"It is an absolutely stable solution."
"One reason we selected Camunda or Cloud/DB is that it comes with the support of the BPMN notation, which helps to define processes in a standard manner. Another reason was that Camunda Cloud, as the name says, is designed for a new cloud era."
"It is very user-friendly compared to IBM BPM. It's much simpler – it's more streamlined. That means even non-technical departments can use it."
"I like everything about the entire BPM that comes with the BPM suite."
"Easy to use and easy to integrate into the products and applications we provide for our customers."
"When I compare it with other BPM tools, like IBM, it is great, open source, and free when you use the community version."
"The most valuable feature is that, with a visual system, you can try to have a process client before beginning the programming for the application."
"Having knowledge of the BPM and monitoring process has proven to be very beneficial, as I am currently engaged in documenting processes for Clientele."
"There are better solutions on the market. To make it a perfect ten, they should improve the price. There is a learning curve and sometimes there are issues from the software."
"The initial setup can be complex for business users."
"Process interfaces between diagrams could be improved."
"They have a migration plugin that can be used to migrate from one BPM to another BPM. It is in the beta stage since last year. If they can make it available in the market, it would be great. We are going to have a couple of migration projects for migrating from IBM BPM to Camunda, and this plugin would be useful. I have already discussed this with them two weeks ago and asked them to look into this and add it as a feature. We are expecting this plugin to be available in the next version. This is the only requirement we have at present. They keep on coming up with different features, which is helping us a lot. Its latest release that came out last month was awesome."
"The product's initial setup phase is difficult for beginners."
"Camunda Platform's customer support could be improved because their response is quite slow."
"The only drawback is the time that it takes to have a complete set of workflows implemented on the Camunda platform."
"I'm from the .NET world and I would like to use it, rather than Java."
"The support offered by the product is an area of concern where improvements are required."
