Pros
"The most valuable feature of the solution is its performance.""The most valuable feature is that their database is completely encrypted and protected with multiple layers.""What sets CyberArk apart is its continuous innovation, staying ahead of the competition.""We were able to reduce the number of privileged accounts by 50%, which helped to simplify our privileged access management environment.""The solution allows me to give access and privileges to each user individually""We can do both server and endpoint protection.""You can use it to strip users of their local admin rights and, at the same time, elevate applications for them.""The most valuable feature of CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager is its high performance, it's the best identity security platform. "Available for Windows platforms and also Mac OS and Linux systems.""Keeper Bridge.""I like a couple of things about this solution. Being able to share passwords with other people is valuable. You can see if the information is out on the dark web and whether you have weak passwords and the last time they were changed. You could also have the 2FA or MFA codes embedded in the application so that you don't have to use your phone or any other 2FA device, which is something very important.""The ability to autofill the login credentials has saved me a lot of time in my day to day computing.""Can create folders for specific types of information (i.e., work, personal, and school).""Keeper was user-friendly.""Support is very quick to respond, and they have fixed any issues that I have had.""We can access our sign-ins and passwords on up to five devices per user. This means I can access a given site and my login and password for that site from my home and office computers as well as my phone and iPad."

Cons
"The installation process is pretty difficult.""The solution can be complex to use at times.""It is hard to deal with technical support if you are not certified.""CyberArk has some performance issues. However, for somebody who is inexperienced it may take up to five days.""Compared to other tools like Linux, this solution isn't as user-friendly.""Technical support is slow to respond when we run into issues.""CyberArk meets clients' need very spot-on. It covers everything customers ask for. As for improvements, honestly, the feedback's been really positive. I haven't heard any specific areas that need work."

"The technical support for this solution could be faster support and improved if they had a better understanding of my questions.""I would love it if you didn't have to re-authenticate when you start up a new browser.""Maybe a sort of category organizer to help with organizing passwords for different things, such as banking, medical, shopping, and school.""API possible needs improvement. Although, this feature is for enterprises which need more then the usual usage.""I would add a category for personal documents or photos of ID cards.""It would be nice to see this great tool integrate with other tools out there.""Ability to store 'files' from IOS & Android devices. Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "licensing for this solution is based on the number of APV (privileged users), and the number of sessions that you want to record."
  • "I think that it was in the range of $200,000 that had to get approved."
  • "Pricing depends on how many devices you use. Right now, on-premise, it costs us a little, but it's worth it. It seems like the cloud solution is much more expensive. We got this solution one year ago, and it's like we bought the solution, and now they are not going to support it on-premise anymore. We are in the implementation phase, and we missed this, and we already paid for the licenses. This is wasted time from my perspective, and CyberArk should be more customer-friendly."
  • "The cost for CyberArk is very high."
  • "The price of CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager is expensive."
  • "The price of CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager is expensive. The solution is priced based on the number of accounts onboarded and the number of concurrent sessions. Everyone else is included in the price, such as support."
  • "We pay about $17 per user."
  • "CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager has a very high price, so it's a one out of ten for me in terms of pricing."

  • "The more users, the better the price. Always opt for the live support."
  • "Free works unless the paid is absolutely necessary."
  • "Pricing might be a little less, but with promo codes and family plan - best offer"
  • "It's definitely worth it and affordable. Their sales team can definitely help scale your needs on licensing and provide pricing options."
  • "Just buy the yearly subscription."
  • "Its cost is relative to the value of the information stored in Keeper."
  • "ROI is hard to know, but it has to be several times the expense of the product."
  • "We chose their optional annual subscription; I believe we paid monthly — I thought it was a good deal."
