We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros
I like the predictive features of SAP. It's easy to use tools for an end-user.It integrates with third-party applications such as Google Drive and Excel,One feature I've found most valuable is discovery.Planning is the most valuable feature of the product because it's integrated and that means we don't need to rely on an independent planning environment. The user interface is quite good for developing reports out of models.Provides rich features for developing automated reports and dashboards. The ease of use of the solution is its most valuable feature. We haven't tried all of the features yet. The graphing and the ease of using the analytics tools have been great. Cons
Pricing is fine for the BI license, but when it comes to client license, that fee is a bit high.Currently only one data modeler can work at a time.Improvements are coming quarterly whereas previously it was on a monthly basis. When it comes to planning there is a concern about the ability to match the exact requirements of the customer with what the product offers. There is no direct connector from SAP to Redshift, so we are required to use a third-party product that was recommended by SAP.SAP Analytics cloud needs better exporting options.Statistical analysis should be a bit more profound than it is.We are currently working on connectivity with S/4HANA, but we would like to have better connectivity with our legacy systems.

We would like an easier way to get the product to the cloud. Right now, we have the on-premise version, and we would like to find a way to make it easier to migrate it over to the cloud.I would like more easy-to-implement analytical algorithms. At the moment they include things like forecasts and regressions. They need to add a lot more of these types of things to the product because not everyone is a data scientist.
