This solution does not require a lot of maintenance because it is very stable. We have not encountered any issues with Entuity. We have had to increase the size of the database and hardware of the servers but this is not regular maintenance.

We are able to receive a visualized monitoring of the network infrastructure which is very helpful.

This is a very user friendly solution, that is good for user access, allowing deep dives into devices, system performance and more. Once implemented it can be used within minutes and it is easy to add remote devices.

Don't over-complicate it. Don't try and do too much. It's the same thing we find wherever we deploy, whether we're deploying the Entuity solution or whether we're deploying True Sight: there are lots of things that can be done, but it is key to stick to the basics. Get the basics right before you try and get more complicated.
