We did the implementation in-house for GitHub.

My company has schedules, and we assign people to do the deployment. So, it's rotational. Let's say I do the deployment this week, and then another person does it next week.

We do have a separate team that handles deployment. I don't handle deployments directly myself. 

The setup was implemented in-house. 

You can do the deployment in-house without a problem.

We implemented the solution via an in-house team. 

Due to the cloud environment, we don't need anyone for maintenance, that's all done by GitHub.

The server was set up with support from the team in the development center of the office. It's GitHub, so you don't need a special consultant for it.

You do not require any third party to configure it for you.

If I go as per the process we follow, it will take hardly half an hour for me to deploy the solution.

I completed it myself using the documents provided, and I was able to connect it by following the steps.

There was no implementation strategy because GitHub is cloud based. It doesn't require any sort of deployment from our end. There was just a configuration that we needed to do to make it work with our code. There were simple sections which we needed to run, but our developers were able to collaborate easily.

We worked with our in-house team. There was no mediator between us.
