We use GoToConnect softphones for our remote workers and national-wide clients. We've never lost service. It comes at a low cost and we love it! 

Anytime or anywhere you can get the job done and never disappoint your customers. Other companies charge way more for fewer features and quality isn't there unless you pay more. 

The hands-on ability to make changes during holidays or on request is key. Other companies don't provide this - only their employees can make changes, which can take too long.

We use Jive, which is the telephone system. It was renamed from GoToConnect. It's a visual site that we go to adjust how the calls are answered, when, and how they're directed.

This product allows my agents to work from home. We are a travel agency in Ontario, Canada.

As most travel agencies were adversely affected by the pandemic, Jive allowed us to continue to provide the same level of service to our clients.

We leveraged that learning to allow agents to work from home when required.

We are able to transfer calls as though we were in the office.
