ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer Other Advice

SB
CIO at ECGC LTD.

My team has less than a thousand users of ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer, in particular, seven hundred users.

My company has a partnership with ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer.

My advice for anyone looking to implement ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer is that it's good to implement. If you're looking for a single solution that's multipurpose and can be used for change management, incident management, patching, and ticketing, consider ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer. You can get an entire suite of applications from ManageEngine and more modules that are easy to integrate, so that's the best part.

I'm rating ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer nine out of ten, and it's not a ten because the solution still needs more automation and more AI. It's a good solution currently, but it needs to be more futuristic.

Network Administrator at a government with 201-500 employees

My advice to others is this solution is pretty straightforward. It's a basic product that does what it needs to do. It monitors servers, it is a good product.

There are other solutions that are out there, but the total cost of ownership was lower on this ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer than other solutions. Nothing's perfect, especially in server monitoring. We chose this solution because I knew what it did and it does what I want for a lower cost. I do not have to mess around with other solutions wasting time when I know this one works well.

I rate ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer a seven out of ten.

We are a customer.

For new users, I would advise that the company has to sort out the requirements clearly and they have to discuss with their team to see what requirements can be addressed using this product, and then they have to decide if the product would work for them.

ManageEngine also has other products Cloud 360+. We haven't used it, so I'm not able to give more information on that. I don't know what features they have in their current lineup. They have some add-on modules, however, we didn't get a chance to review or implement those products yet.

I'd rate the product six out of ten. While it meets our requirements.
