The implementation process was rolled out by the solution provider.

It requires only one person to deploy and it was done in-house in our case.

The solution's deployment time depends on whether you're setting up a room full of computers or you're setting up one-off computers. It usually doesn't take very long. As part of installing the solution for a room full of computers, you might get someone to create the installed media, and then you'd enter each computer and install it.

Around one to five people are needed to install the solution.

We have been working in IT for the last twenty years, so we know how to do this.

I'm also the network administrator, so we use an active directory to deploy it, and we got it integrated into our Windows Solution image. It gets updated, and it gets installed by itself.

A representative or set of executives from Sophos' team is involved in the product's installation process and guides the use cases of the application.

Maintenance is easy, and scalability depends on whether using XDR or MDR, with a reset needed between upgrades.

I do maintenance for this solution. A team of four engineers handles the maintenance and deployment. 

I and my team deploy and maintain this solution. The deployment happens on the cloud.

We did it ourselves. I'm part of a larger group, and my colleagues had done its implementation.

We are able to deploy the solution for our clients. I've worked on various deployments for clients. 

We did the implementation of Sophos Intercept X in-house.

I do the maintenance of the solution. We are a smaller company and I am sufficient for the maintenance of the solution.

We typically have one person that does the implementation and maintenance of Sophos Intercept X.

We had consultants. For implementation, I coordinated with a consultant from Atos and a consultant from Sophos. Atos is our infrastructure manager and service provider. 

We had Sophos Philippines and a local partner of theirs to assist us in this whole process. Overall, the experience was positive, but it could have been better. We could have received some more assistance from Sophos, either Sophos Philippines or Sophos headquarters, in terms of script development. Some of the issues were resolved by my own engineers by tweaking some scripts.

We had a third party that helped us set it up.

Our team did the deployment. We got the training from them, and we did the deployment ourselves.

I am not just using it in our department, we are also dealing with installations for customers. We play the role of IT. We enable Sophos products for partners. We do all the work if the customer doesn't have a technical team. We make projects for implementation and providing training.

My team and I implement it. We also, sometimes, walk a client through the process remotely.

The end-user can install the solution themself. It is very easy. It is only a two to three-step process it is complete. 

Many people are using this solution and some customers don't even have IT managers, we provide them manage services I this case.

The solution was deployed by the vendor team, using approximately three administrators.

We did not need to use an integrator or consultant for deployment. It was all done internally.  

When we deploy it into client sites we are the integrators and consultants for the deployment. It deploys as you would expect and there are no surprises. Again, it could be hard to remove an existing solution.  

We did have some external help for the implementation process. 

We have a company that provides IT support for us. They recommended it and they set it up. All we had to do was install the agent on each laptop, which was a pretty easy thing to do.

We were able to handle the setup ourselves, in-house. We didn't need any integrator or consultant assistance. 

We implemented the solution through an integrator.

We have used both consultants and a reseller.

We did not need outside help from a vendor to handle the deployment. I did it myself and we are a partner with Sophos.  

I deployed it myself with some technical support. They were able to provide what I needed.

I have implemented this solution for so many customers. I am pretty confident in the implementation of Intercept X.

For the deployment, I set it up myself.

We, ourselves, are system integrators and we have a staff of around seven people, consisting of eight engineers and a person who is responsible for the accounts, meaning the support staff. 

The interface is very user-friendly and we were able to deploy and operate it ourselves.

Our company does not have 24/7 monitoring, so we are now looking at a managed SOC that we can subscribe to. Ideally, this type of service will give recommendations, above simply alerting us to problems.

Our technical team consists of a team leader, team manager and administrators.

The setup was done internally. We also perform maintenance internally.

I deployed this product myself and the process took about two months.

We deployed by ourselves.

I implemented this solution myself. We did not use an integrator or vendor.

Every user can install this solution themselves.
