Nine plus years of experience in Software QA Testing and QA Management for Banking, Finance, Retail, Telecom, Airline & Logistics Domains.

• Responsible for whole set of QA Spectrum involving Manual, Automation and Performance testing - Planning, Estimation, Test Strategy, Defect Management and Reporting to Stakeholders.
• Experience with QA Methodology and QA Process to ensure the Quality Assurance Control.
• Strong understanding of QA methodology within SDLC (Agile and Waterfall) and a proven track record of creating and implementing testing solutions that cover all aspects (requirements, test plans, test execution and defect resolution and tracking)
• Extensive working experience on Functionality Testing, Regression Testing, Automation Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Performance Testing and Load Testing.
• Experience with HP QTP & UFT, HP QC & ALM, JMeter and HP Performance Center
• Responsible for mentoring resources technically and training other QA Team Members.
• Outstanding analytical, decision-making, problem solving and management skills with the ability to organize activities in fast speedy team environment.
• Ability to work at both detailed and abstract levels
• Ability to diagnose, report, track and resolve quality issues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate flexibility in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve the process
