-- 12 years of total career Java/JEE experience spread across Architecture, Design and Development of JEE applications/services/platform libraries with specialization at the server side. Sun certified Java Developer.
-- 5+ years of experience in architecture, design, performance scaleability and tuning.
-- 10+ years of Oracle development and performance tuning.
-- 3+ years of experience in security domain with design and coding of such security concepts as authentication, authorization, hashing, encryption, HSM interaction etc.
-- 9+ years of experience in technical leadership of teams with peak team size of 22. Significant experience in code reviews, pair programming and unit/integration testing with frameworks like Junit, Mockito, Easy Mock, Selenium etc.
-- Hands on experience in industry leading enterprise frameworks and tools like Spring, Struts, Maven, Hibernate, Apache Solr, Oracle Coherence, Typesafe Akka, Quartz scheduler, Lucene, Axis2 etc and also enterprise standards like EJB, Servlets, JSP, JPA, JNDI, JTA, JMS, Webservices (SOAP and REST), BPEL/BPMN and JDBC.
-- 2+ years of experience in platform engineering, design and architecture enabling higher scaleability/throughput for Service Oriented Enterprise components.
-- Significant experience in application server administration with specialization in Weblogic. Exposure to web server and load balance configuration, clustering and horizontal scaleability. Hands on experience in configuring/tuning and running various application servers and ESB software like Websphere, Jboss, Oracle Application Server, Apache Tomcat and Mule.
