In every company I worked for, I was a valued asset. At Best Buy, I would diagnose problems that stumped other technicians, and handle warranty claims with a 100% approval rate. When driving for Arctic Glacier, I was one of a handful of drivers who was trusted to deliver to the very tight and difficult locations. At Oracle | Eloqua, I strive to maintain consistently high customer satisfaction survey scores, and be a reliable source of information for other members in the team. Even when fixing computers and networks privately, I am many people's first contact when they have a problem.

I work well as a team leader, team member, or individually. I am comfortable in fast-paced, constant-change, as well as stable, environments. I can work by myself doing an unsupervised overnight shift, as part of a team doing a nine-to-five, or any combination at any time. Whether it's diagnosing random system failures, assisting a colleague in setting up a multi-system integration, driving a synchro-less 10-speed, 14-skid truck downtown or a subcompact on an open highway, or leading a team to complete a quality project on time, I think logically, remain relaxed, and get the job done.

I enjoy work, projects, and practically any activity that offers the opportunity to learn something new. Personal projects range from integrating a tablet into my car's dashboard, to setting up a Linux-/NFS-based diskless, headless, BOINC distributed computing cluster. I also enjoy driving large vehicles and travelling around the world.

I want to have different experiences, perform different jobs, and always have opportunities to learn something new. I take offers to be cross-trained in different roles and departments.
