Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Observability
About me
I have been enjoying the Application Performance Monitoring (APM) space for quite a while, from End-User Management to Java/.NET to DataBases and the infrastructure they are running on.
End User monitoring, synthetic record-and-replay, dynamic discovery and dependency mapping, transaction DNA, Big Data, virtualization, Java/NET instrumentation.
All content shared is my own opinion
Over 13 years of APM experience from multiple angles:
- As Java/Weblogic developer working for Amdocs.
- Systems engineer and Technical Account Manager for BEA.
- System consultant and a Solutions Architect (both on pre and post sales sides) for Wily technology and Quest/Dell Software.
- Technical Marketing Engineer for Riverbed Technology.
