Some of our customers used FortiMail but discovered that certain malicious emails were able to bypass the solution, unlike Check Point, which identified and quarantined the emails.

I initially started with Cisco Gateway. However, due to ongoing changes, we would have needed to modify MX records or other settings, making the configuration more complex. 

As a result, we decided to try Check Point Harmony Email and Collaboration, and after conducting a proof of concept (POC), we decided to deploy it. We also checked Barracuda.

So, we chose Check Point over Barracuda during the POC. The primary reason was that Check Point Harmony Email is easy to configure and requires no MX record changes. 

Additionally, it's more effective because it's an AI-based solution. It provides insights into the origin of emails, the connection between the sender and receiver, their previous email history, and the frequency of their communication. These features are unique to Check Point Harmony Email and Collaboration.

Before Check Point CloudGuard SaaS, we didn't have a solution that was capturing malicious emails.

We used some other email security tools and we used to have multiple issues with email filtering and available information. We do not see any of those issues after using Check Point.

There was no previous solution in the organization.

This is the main email and collaboration platform that I have worked with.

I have no experience with a different solution.

I used to work as an IT manager in a biotech company that utilized Check Point, which is why I've always liked their product. It's designed for complex environments and connecting multiple branches. It can be challenging for many companies, but it's intended to handle such complexities. Overall, Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration is a great product.

Check Point is much simpler than other options and offers support with other cloud products - a key advantage.

This is the first time we are using a solution of this kind formally.

We do have a current mail firewall. What Check Point is getting or receiving wasn't cleaned up or detected by our current mail firewall (Mimecast). In those terms, CloudGuard is detecting far more items than our current mail firewall. Therefore, it is really encouraging to look at CloudGuard as a solution because it's picking up what the other solution is not.

For the Active Directory on Usher, we were just using the regular Microsoft tools.

It is that time of the year when we have to renew licensing, so evaluating tools makes sense. 

Once we get the CloudGuard licensing and get it configured, we will test it out for a month or so, then drop our other service.

There was no other solution implemented.

We did not use a different solution. We started using this solution recently and have been happy with the experience so far.

What we used in the past was an outfit called MSX.

We didn't have previous experience with any SaaS security solution before switching.

We didn't have anything prior to CloudGuard. We needed something to catch phishing emails and malicious emails, malware, and to have a sandbox area so that we could check the classification, as well as quarantine and release.

We did not previously use another solution before this one. However, one of our customers had implemented an on-premises solution by McAfee.

A colleague recommend the Check Point solution after we had such significant disruptions with the phishing email campaign. So, we tried it out.

We were using Notes before, but it was quite obsolete. The idea was to replace it with something new, in the cloud, so this was our main objective around the Check Point and Office 365 deployment.

We switched to Check Point because of the easier deployment on the cloud. It's very strong.
