It is reasonably easy to remediate issues using Cisco Secure Endpoint. In part, this is because I don't have to visit the physical machines to remediate them. As such, the time it takes for remediation has been decreased.

I also felt that remediating issues using Secure Endpoint was pretty easy. Most of the time, it was a matter of isolating the endpoint that we thought had an issue, running a full scan, confirming that there was no serious issue, and then getting the machine back online.
