It helped free up IT staff time. Before, we would have to manually configure every single firewall. Every time you configure something on a firewall, it takes five to ten minutes, and we have more than 50 firewalls around the globe. We do changes every week, and the automated policy and upgrades have saved us a lot of time.

I would say that this solution did help free up staff. Today – and even during COVID – a lot of customers are interested in VPN solutions and this demand will only keep increasing. I work from home mostly and the solution saves me two hours per day.
