"I like that it's easy to use. I'm satisfied with the speed, stability, and availability."
"For me, the most important feature is the option to save the documents and then access it from anywhere from a mobile or a desktop, or any other device."
"Google Drive Enterprise is a good product, and it is easy to use."
"Google has a lot of tools. They are really useful and they are really simple to use."
"The initial setup is easy."
"The most valuable feature of Google Drive Enterprise is storage and the mobile version. We can connect to Google Drive, on our Android phones and store all our documents, for later access at any time. It is a very flexible solution."
"It is very convenient and easy to access."
"The solution secures the data well."
"I had a very bitter experience with their mobile app."
"The product lacks in the area of documentation."
"Google should also make it simpler to manage rights and access for different users. I want to share one folder with some people and another with other groups. It's not easy to manage. You have to use Google's web interface to assign rights, but IBM Box lets you permissions directly on the Windows interface."
"It should have more features similar to Office 365. To improvise more, they should compare their features with Office 365."
"It's become difficult to fit everything in one window."
"The ability to share documents with outside clients can be improved. It is difficult to share documents with outside clients, and that's why I am looking at some other solution. If you use Google Drive, they want you to use all of their Google Suite, but not everybody uses Google Suite for document creation. It is not a great solution if you are working with a company that doesn't use Google Suite."
"The feature for synchronization of data from multiple systems with the same single ID is not happening in Google Drive. This feature should be added. For example, if I have only one single mail ID and I'm using it in a different location to upload different data, this is the challenge. It is happening from one system or one server. The synchronization of data from the local system to Google Drive will not happen if the IDs are the same. If I'm using it for different systems in different locations, synchronization is not happening. The system hets logged out. This feature is very important for us and they need to add it."
"A separate interface to give users a summary of how they've shared items on the drive would be useful. You can end up having a lot of stuff and the sheer amount can end up making users feel a little bit lost in terms of knowing who they've actually shared items with."
"When compared to Commvault or Veeam, I'm not sure what Google Drive has to offer in terms of backing up data on the cloud or in a data center for a large organization."
