Pros
I like that you can manage all the time and you can uninstall and install everything via the web console.GravityZone can be controlled from the cloud.I have access to it from anywhere. We have clients who are also migrating from other anti-virus solutions to GravityZone because of the ease of use, ease of installation and the fact that it can be deployed in the cloud and the same software; you can actually install on other server or workstation. It automatically knows what it's protecting. They are constantly updating the solution against malware. One of the most valuable features is the signature updating in near real-time.The product is stable. It has a small footprint, but it does a lot of heavy lifting. It is a good anti-malware product that is highly stable.

This solution blocks the brand new malware threats. In terms of the current global landscape, it is a great solution.Advanced level endpoint firewall, which helps to block unwanted and malicious traffic. What is great about ESET is the ERA Web Console through which we can pull various reports, monitor and administer all clients and servers, and the console is easy to use.A feature we like is setting the GUI of ESET Endpoint Security/ESET File Security to silent mode because some servers and clients can have performance issues. We use ESET, which is pretty much perfect for us. Cons
The outreach from support was a bit bad according to their plan, but we've got two people here that manage and support GravityZone and interact with them and they manage it very well.We find it's making the machines run slow. The solution wasn't designed to be used in France. The pricing should be improved. The user interface has been improved on a yearly basis. The key issue is that they need to look at their pricing.I would like to see a remote desktop for installed endpoints so administrators can see what is on a user's screen or what a user is doing. What's happening now in this field is artificial intelligence, the behavior part. That is now the trend in many products, including Bitdefender, and this is where the product needs improvement. The one thing that we are missing and want to see is user analytics. So, that is what I'm really interested in: behavior analytics and end user behavior. In the future, maybe this will need to morph into AI threat intelligence.

I would like them to use AI features to do preventative virus protection.ESET should consider giving it application control. They need to improve licensing for VMs. When ESET is uninstalled from a VM, the seat stays on the license management server. We have to manually delete the seat from that server because it doesn't know how to handle it. I contacted exclusive ESET support here in Croatia and they told me there is no solution for this yet.iOS compatibility for mobile security and parental control.
