"The pricing is relatively low compared to other solutions in this area. I'd go so far as to say it's even significantly less than the competition."
"The most valuable features are ease of deployment, UI, and collected data. Its deployment is really easy. In just a few hours, you can have a very good outcome, and you can see everything, which is very valuable. It collects a good amount of data."
"We are not blind anymore with our digital services performance; no more fire fighting."
"We use it, in many instances, to find the root cause in production."
"We are now able to identify the root cause in 15 minutes. It has helped the entire operations of our company."
"Having OneAgent is the most valuable feature of Dyantrace, as well as the monitoring."
"We spend less time on troubleshooting issues since Dynatrace proactively informs us of an impending bottle neck."
"We setup triggers for certain critical events. When these events happen, alert notifications are sent to the support team to take immediate action."
"Dynatrace provide us the in-depth details to know what is wrong in the application and what are performance issues, then really quickly we are able to debug any performance issues or any other performance-related issues."
"The user interface needs improvement."
"My biggest complaint about ADA is that you have to rely on dedicated appliances."
"The integration with PagerDuty is currently broken on mobile."
"I would say it's not scalable, because we've had to move large applications that were in a shared environment to their own separate Dynatrace server instance."
"End-to-end monitoring could use more default dashboards."
"I would like to see an App store for plugins and extensions."
"Ease of use could be improved because it can be hard to determine how you made it to the screen you are on and how to get back to it later."
"Dynatrace must reduce the required resources for on-premise, because they are too high."
"Alert triggers could be easier to setup and more granular."
"Dynatrace could be improved by having a fully functional applications and infrastructure monitoring feature. Their existing stack, which is SNMP-based, does not have full infrastructure monitoring, whereas if we compare it with other solutions like New Relic or Datadog, they have moved into infrastructure monitoring. The second improvement I would suggest is in regards to the cost. So far, Dynatrace is the most expensive APM that we sell, even compared to New Relic. I think they can improve a little bit in terms of the license pricing."
