"Datadog is providing efficiency in the products we develop for the wireless device engineering department."
"Datadog's log aggregation is really helpful since it lets me and every other engineer on my team login, view, and share logs when we need to debug our application."
"The most valuable aspect is the APM which can monitor the metrics and latencies."
"We can handle debugging and find out why things are breaking in our applications."
"Datadog has proven to be easy to set up and legible for both development and operational teams."
"It has provided visibility with ease of implementation and allowed multiple teams to quickly onboard it."

"I would say that Fortinet's tech support is really good."
"The most valuable feature of Fortinet FortiAnalyzer is the capturing of traffic for reports."
"Storage in SSD helps in generating customized reports."
"The initial setup is pretty straightforward."
"The IBS (Intent Based Segmentation) and application web filtering are the most valuable aspects of the solution."
"The log analysis and reporting are both quite good."
"It gives us reporting features, which are helpful in the case of troubleshooting and audit purposes."
"The feature I find most useful is the handy dashboard."

"The FinOps needs improvement."
"We would like to see smaller or shorter tutorials and video sessions."

"Datadog could be improved if it could detect other software in a container or server."
"We would like to see some improvement on the upgrade process around this solution. There are sometimes communication issues when a new version of the firewall is implemented, and it fails to report back to this product."
"The interface or GUI does not work properly on Microsoft Edge. The behavior or the view is different on Microsoft Edge versus on Chrome or Firefox. When some buttons do not work, I am forced to switch to Firefox."
"I don't find Fortinet FortiAnalyzer to be as robust as Check Point Security Management."
"The solution costs too much."
"In future releases, we'd like to see more granular reporting. The reports on offer right now are pretty short."
"The FortiAnalyzer is not good at managing multi-version environments. If all your FortiGate are at different versions in the field, that's difficult. The one thing we didn't like is the fact you have to have 100% of your environment at the same release, which is not pleasant, to have it fully functional. You can have a different release, but to have it fully functional 100% of your environment has to be the same release."
"The setup of the solution can be improved because it is currently complex."
"One of the main disadvantages is not having a direct link to the security policy when you see something in the log."
