"It is a scalable solution...The initial setup of Fortinet FortiEDR was straightforward."
"The solution was relatively easy to deploy."
"Fortinet FortiEDR's scalability is quite good, and you can add licenses to the solution."
"Exceptions are easy to create and the interface is easy to follow with a nice appearance."
"Additionally, when it comes to EDR, there are more tools available to assist with client work."
"It rarely gets in the way, and we don't even notice it scanning."
"The most valuable feature in ESET Endpoint Security is the game mode to restrict notifications."
"Ransomware protection is embedded in the solution."
"If it detects ransomware or something, it can isolate that computer."
"The product is good and has a good interface."
"It's scalable."
"ESET Endpoint Security is stable, I did not have any issues with it."
"ESET Endpoint Security's best feature is that it's invisible until it detects a problem."
"It has a very simple like multi-tenancy option and scalability is outstanding."
"The manageability of the product itself is its most valuable aspect. You have the underlying EPO, and on top of it, you can deploy the various components as you require. This is unlike other solutions like Symantec where you have to deploy everything or nothing. With this solution, you can choose to only deploy antivirus or only deploy a firewall, or only something else. I choose the components and that deployment is done through EPO. It makes manageability very flexible."
"The central management console is powerful. You can manage endpoints, DLP, encryption, and all the other features from a single console."
"We receive good protection with this solution."
"I have found many of the features to be useful."
"Their malware detection rate is excellent for all type of devices and the anti-theft products are good and easy to use."
"The solution is reliable."
"The performance is good."
"FortiEDR can be improved by providing more detailed reporting."
"The dashboard isn't easy to access and manage."
"The solution should address emerging threats like SQL injection."
"I haven't seen the use of AI in the solution."
"I would like the solution to extend beyond endpoint protection and include other attack surfaces such as other network components."
"Cannot be used on mobile devices with a secure connection."
"We'd like to see more one-to-one product presentations for the distribution channels."
"Integration with Azure and SaaS provisioning tools could improve Fortinet FortiEDR."
"The update process can be improved, and there could be an automatic update process when a new version comes out. For system updates or program updates, there could be more automation."
"The proactive feature is excellent, but I do not believe ESET will make any changes to this feature in the future."
"Online security could still be improved in ESET Endpoint Antivirus because security is threatened by phishing."
"In terms of areas for improvement, I didn't see any from ESET Endpoint Security because what's important is that it works as an antivirus solution. I do find its pricing expensive here in Hungary, so if the price could be lower, that would be good. ESET Endpoint Security is an antivirus, so it only needs to stop the virus. If it had other features, I wouldn't need it. Every program or solution has specific functions and in this case, ESET Endpoint Security is worth it as an antivirus, though in the next release of the solution, it would be better if there's some improvement in its antivirus database."
"The scalability could be better."
"The user interface of ESET Endpoint Security could be more user-friendly and more features could be added."
"The initial setup of ESET Endpoint Security can be complicated when you get involved with encryption."
"We'd like the solution to be a next generation antivirus with some sort of artificial intelligence or machine learning angle."
"Currently, Trellix Endpoint Security can't find the running mutexes, while other open-source products can do it."
"The solution consumes a lot of end user memory and CPU. Trellix doesn't really focus much on the anti-malware side."
"Although they have increased the complexity, it has affected the scanning speed."
"The solution's documentation is not streamlined and is in bits and pieces, which should be in a single format."
"There are times the solution has some additional software added that is not fully integrated properly, such as Exchange Group Sheild. It is quite old and is not fully integrated properly and could be improved."
"I think it would be nice if Dynamic Application Control would come together with McAfee Endpoint Security."
"With McAfee, if there is a zero-day vulnerability, you have to download the patch for it from the McAfee website, then apply it to your endpoint."
"The user interface could be improved by making it more user-friendly. There are multiple solutions and there is no clear line differentiating all of them. There is a centralized console where we manage everything but most of the administrators feel a little confused when it comes to managing multiple products from a single place."
