Pros
This solution blocks the brand new malware threats. In terms of the current global landscape, it is a great solution.Advanced level endpoint firewall, which helps to block unwanted and malicious traffic. What is great about ESET is the ERA Web Console through which we can pull various reports, monitor and administer all clients and servers, and the console is easy to use.A feature we like is setting the GUI of ESET Endpoint Security/ESET File Security to silent mode because some servers and clients can have performance issues. We use ESET, which is pretty much perfect for us. It is also absolutely simple and automatic once setup. We have not picked up a bug yet, because we use ESET, which is a tried and proven system. It is absolutely invisible once running.

This solution allows us to detect any threat in the form of malware that sabotage the organization's database. It is stable. We have been using it for some time, without any issues. It helps our security team respond more accurately when there are threats, then we get less false positives or negatives.RSA NetWitness does market analysis in a more granular form. It gives you full visibility.

Cons
I would like them to use AI features to do preventative virus protection.ESET should consider giving it application control. They need to improve licensing for VMs. When ESET is uninstalled from a VM, the seat stays on the license management server. We have to manually delete the seat from that server because it doesn't know how to handle it. I contacted exclusive ESET support here in Croatia and they told me there is no solution for this yet.iOS compatibility for mobile security and parental control.

I would like to see an improvement in the interface. This solution needs an upgrade in reporting. I have heard from RSA that they are working on this, but as of yet it is not available. The initial setup requires a high level of skill. The solution is modular, for example you can buy the RSA ePack, which you buy as a module is not part of the conduit solution. They could include it and have it as an all-in-one solution.

Pricing and Cost Advice
At first, we thought it was a bit expensive, but we negotiated a better price. The cost is a very reasonable. When compared with other products, the price is low (though not very low).ESET is perfect, if you can afford it.Pricing per month, for security services as apps in CEE pricing: up to €2 monthly is OK.

I do not have any opinion on the pricing or licensing of the product. With RSA, there is flexibility in choosing the service, products, and the range that meets your requirement, as well as they are flexible in terms of pricing. They can easily adjust if you have the requirements which are required. If you have a budget cut or a budget constraint, they can bend.It is highly scalable. It can be bought based on your requirements.
