We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros
"The program is very stable.""The solution is very easy to scale.""Simplicity while competently serving the needs of secure document storage and sharing is part of the beauty of the product.""The most valuable feature is the ability to share files.""Google has a lot of tools. They are really useful and they are really simple to use.""The integration with Gmail, Calendar, and Google Meet is the most valuable.""It allows multiple users to work simultaneously on a document.""This solution has become an enhanced product over the years. Cons
"I am not sure what will happen if you forget to renew your license.""A separate interface to give users a summary of how they've shared items on the drive would be useful. You can end up having a lot of stuff and the sheer amount can end up making users feel a little bit lost in terms of knowing who they've actually shared items with.""There is really not too much that I think needs to be added to the product to improve it. Some of the features within Sheets could be enhanced so this product is a more complete replacement for Excel.""I would like to see better integration with Google Docs, the Google landscape in general, and other environments.""In the free version, managing the files and folders and data is a little difficult.""The ability to share documents with outside clients can be improved. It is difficult to share documents with outside clients, and that's why I am looking at some other solution. If you use Google Drive, they want you to use all of their Google Suite, but not everybody uses Google Suite for document creation. It is not a great solution if you are working with a company that doesn't use Google Suite.""It should have more features similar to Office 365. To improvise more, they should compare their features with Office 365.""It's a cloud-based product that is stable and secure, but I would like to see more security features added."
