"I'd like to see some after-sales support. I called the Indian call center, but the response was not that good. One guy attended this call and he told me, "Definitely, I am forwarding your call to the next level. I'll let you know." After that, it took between 10 to 15 hours before I got a call back. By then, we had already resolved the issue. Therefore, they could improve the local support; there should be at very good Tier 1 and 2 support in India. They should be both proactive and reactive.""What needs improvement in Huawei Wireless is after-sales support. I've faced many after-sales support issues, so that's the area I want Huawei to improve. Having an SLA with customers is what I'd suggest to Huawei Wireless.""The speed could be a bit better.""The scalability could be a bit better.""The solution could be easier to use."

"We have some issues with stability. It is not so fast. That is the main problem.""It's better for smaller organizations. This would not work for enterprises. It is not very scalable.""The technical support could be improved.""There is room for wider improvements and additional features to enhance managing capabilities.""Omada's ordering platform could be improved, though. Some of their distributors are a pain to work with.""TP-Link Auranet EAP is not very efficient, they need to improve it.""The solution takes a long time to switch to another connection, which should be improved.""Aruba has better scaling capabilities."

  • "We don't have any control on the pricing. This comes from Huawei in India. Pricing-wise, Huawei is very aggressive and competitive if you compare them to competitors, like Cisco, Aruba, and Ruckus.
