The installation must be carried out by a certified technician. This is not from the manufacturer directly but from a system house or similar. In our case, the expertise was very good.

We are the vendor team, so for our use, we did it ourselves

The deployment process involves analysis, configuration, reception of configuration, and testing with the client.

Analyzing the installation is a very important step. It is important to analyze the installation, the infrastructure, the target, and after that configuration.

We require a team of engineers for deployment and maintenance of the solution. We have ten in-house staff members, along with some freelancers. Globally, we have eight professionals dedicated to DataCore services.

There are usually two people involved in the deployment and the main channels of the solution, one of whom is experienced with the Microsoft infrastructure and server, the set up and the configuration. The other person has experience in networking and the configuration of the network, interconnecting the nodes. So, there are not a lot of people involved. 

Vendor team did the setup, and the individual that did the setup was a complete professional. I will continue to use this same individual.

Being a DCIE myself, I did the installation.

Our solution was implemented through a DataCore specialist, external contractor, who helped configure the whole solution.
