We worked with a local partner called Synergy Computers. They have an excellent technical team, and we've worked with them on other projects besides Hitachi. 

We have more than one Hitachi supplier working with us, depending on the project.

The deployment was done directly with Hitachi.

The implementation was completed in-house.

The customer has an in-house team that deals with everyday operations. However, they hired us to do the second-level support. We have two people, that do the support. One is for the storage itself, and the other handles data protection.

Our vendor deployed it.

The initial deployment was initially attempted by a third party, but they were unsuccessful in resolving the issues. Subsequently, Hitachi engineers were directly engaged and worked on-site for nearly three months, facing challenges throughout the process.

We used a consultant for the deployment, and we also had assistance from the vendor.

The vendor team assisted our in-house team with the deployment. They were highly experienced and skilled personnel. 

I was the customer. The vendor supported the installation for three months, i.e. the initial setup and checks for another month to assist the data migration.

We implemented Hitachi Virtual Storage Platform 5000 Series through a local vendor team. There was an issue with the vendor so implementation took longer to complete.

The initial setup was done by the CE of the company, when that was complete the configuration was done in our data center.

An integrator assisted us with the deployment. In total, there were six people involved in setting up the complete configuration. Three of them were from my side, and the other three from the vendor.
