Netskope Scalability

The solution is scalable. There haven't been any issues according to performance. On their side, scalability is good because it's a test solution. I can't tell you more about the scalability because it's mostly on their side. From our side, everything is more than fine because we are consuming their services.
We are currently paying for 30,000 users, or 30,000 workstations.
Right now, for all 30,000 users, we chose maybe 60 or 70 cloud applications. We are only streaming those applications. We have already deployed 5,000 users to all web traffic. This means we are streaming everything they are surfing. For the other 25,000 users, we are only scaling the traffic of 60 or 70 applications. This is how we are consuming more of the licenses.
Netskope takes control of maintenance. They send you an email about what is going on, and they will let you know that maintenance is occurring on Sandhill server for instance, or somewhere else. They give you brief downtime, but if there isn't any downtime, they connect you to another data center.
The incident that occurred was regarding the bandwidth on their side. They were lacking some bandwidth with their vendor. There hasn't been any downtime yet, and we have been using the solution for a year and a half.
Our organization pushed us to deploy the solution as soon as possible. They were ready to pay the license because there was an architect who did a comparison between two or three CASB solutions, and he chose Netskope. When we deployed, everyone was like, "We are blocking the work." So we had to limit it and start with a chunk of users.
The only thing they are working on is integration with Mac. On the MacBook, the client horizon is not stable. Sometimes it goes down without any warning, but they are working on it.

I am not familiar with the scalability of this solution because we only use it for a limited number of endpoints.
We have about 300 endpoints with five to eight users each.
This is for one customer, who may or may not be increasing the usage.
The market is currently very difficult.

The scalability is good. If a company needs to expand it, it can do so. It's highly scalable. It's one of the reasons why we chose the application over anything else. We've deployed it to anywhere from 50 users to 10,000 users.

The solution is not very scalable. Each time we need to get a new user on board to Netskope, we need to send the invitation from the portal. We need to have tools by SCCM or perhaps there's another window administration tool that I'm not aware of because I'm not the one deploying Netskope. It's still manageable in terms of getting a new user onboard but could be easier.

I'd rate the scalability an eight out of ten because there's a competing product to Cisco that might be necessary. Zscaler offers flexibility in working capabilities, especially during customer proof of concept management, though the chances of needing it are minor, around 2-3%. It's essential to consider usage details.
The main issue is convincing customers on the opposite side to switch to the rescheduled side. They need to work on ensuring that all the features provided in NetFlow are available to both end tenants and paid tenants.

We have an office in Geneva and we have some other data centers scattered throughout the world, some smaller offices. We are able to cover them with really no issues whatsoever. I have zero concerns that this product is not going to meet our needs as we continue to grow.

The scalability of Netskope CASB can improve. It is not yet scalable for large organizations that can have millions of users. If this is an older and larger environment, there might need more improvements in the performance. However, Netskope CASB is good for small to medium-size businesses, but still not for large organizations.

I haven't witnessed any issues with scalability. It seems that it would be possible to scale.
At the moment, most of our users are engineers and then we have 19 to 25 users at the bottom, and people from a few different departments including administration, finance, and IT.
We do not plan to increase usage at this time, at least, in terms of users.
