We handled the initial setup ourselves in-house We did not need outside assistance from consultants or integrators. 

We used Logicalis, an integrator, for our deployment. Our experience with them was good.

We used the main guys in South Africa, Data Sciences. They do everything, top to bottom if you want or with you teams. Our experience with them has been awesome.

We deployed the solution with the help of certified partners. They were experienced professionals. They knew what they were doing.

The engineers and architects on our team were the ones directly doing the setup and implementation.

A small team is typically required for the implementation, as different teams handle different responsibilities, such as networking, virtualization, and facilities. The installation process also requires a couple of people as different roles such as cable racking, networking configuration, and array configuration have to be handled.

A Pure Storage engineer and one person from the people who actually sold this to us, those two people came over and did the installation of the hardware and the software and set everything up. That was a request from us when we bought it, so it wasn't something they just wanted to give us for free. But with that in mind, they did a very good job to set it up as expected.

We did the deployment in-house. 

We actually used Pure professional services, which we didn't even really need, but we used anyway because it came with the implementation purchase. We did use a reseller to buy. We used RoundTower to buy the Pure array. We used professional services from Pure. It was probably set up within 20 minutes ad we could've done it ourselves, but it's always good to have trained hands on it.

We used an integrator, WWT, to assist us with our implementation. We have had no issues with them.

We were able to complete the setup in house without any vendor support.
