Rapid7 InsightIDR is stable. 

The product works well. Stability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.

It is definitely stable. We never have any outages. I would rate it a ten out of ten in terms of stability.

Product is cloud-based. Thus far, it has proven to be stable.

I have not encountered any stability issues with the local collector. On the rare occasion that the cloud part of insightIDR is undergoing maintenance or having other issues, I usually receive a notification from Rapid7 before I even notice a problem.

The solution is very stable and works very well for what I need it to do. The solution is completely different in an experienced environment and a real environment.

I rate InsightIDR 10 out of 10 for stability. 

InsightIDR runs on the cloud and communicates with the log collector on a local computer, so performance depends on the internet connection. It's just sending packets and TCP encryption, so it's not spending much bandwidth. If the internet connection is smooth, the performance will be fine.

We have rarely encountered any issues with stability. The primary source of stability issues has been the couple times where there have been lost log messages online. While that's unavoidable, it's definitely not desirable if I happen to have an incident at that time.

None at all. Even as an early adopter, there were no significant issues with stability. Due to the continual improvement, I do not recall the last issue that I had with the system.

Rapid7 InsightIDR is a stable solution.

This solution is stable. Because it is a software as a service product, when any bugs appear, the manufacturer can correct the problems quickly and deploy the solutions immediately. This is better than other solutions on-premises that we would need to install an upgrade to resolve any bugs or other issues.
