The solution could integrate with other products to provide a comprehensive protection strategy. 

The solution could enhance its monitoring capabilities from the end-user side. 

When it comes to the scalability part of the Seqrite Endpoint Security, there are certain areas that are better in other solutions like Sophos and Trend Micro. I don't feel that the scalability part of Seqrite Endpoint Security is better than the other products in the market. Seqrite Endpoint Security's scalability part needs improvement.

The solution's stability can be improved.

I would like to see Seqrite add a remote profile so we can implement different policies for users connecting to the in-office LAN and those accessing the office network from home or a public internet connection.

The support offered by the tool is an area of concern where improvements are required. My company faced challenges when using the product on macOS. When it comes to Apple, the product takes time to be installed and synced. For Windows, the product's installation is very smooth. For macOS, I found the installation part to be difficult most of the time, making it an area where improvements are required.

The product's support team must be faster.

Currently, we are using signature-based security. This means that we are using signatures to map security behaviors. We would like to move to signature-less security in the future. This would mean that we would use behaviors to protect our system. We would like the solution to have integration with other security solutions so that we can have a single base for monitoring all the security incidents and concerns.

The cost of the solution can be improved.

The trial version of Seqrite Endpoint Security can be longer so potential customers have enough time to evaluate.

When it comes to the support provided by the product, I see that Seqrite is not as mature as the other products in the market. From an improvement perspective, fast or quick support should be offered to users.

Integrity is compromised, they should accept a bug in the software and promptly provide a simple fix, like on Macs disabling Web Security will fix the internet issues. 

A handbook of known issues and quick fixes should be given so that troubleshooting and frustration are less. 

We were told, that Seqrite takes less than a minute to deploy on any machine, and is cloud-based management. On issues, we were told that an IT guy should be there in the company to handle such things too or dedicate a person to work with Seqrite support on these challenges. If you are a small remote company like us, think on these points too, and how much bandwidth you have for IT support.

Sometimes, small and medium businesses, or even startups with just five, ten, or fifteen systems, are also keen to secure their data. There is a reluctance on the part of the technical team to extend installation support when the opportunity sizes are smaller.

Seqrite Endpoint Security has a lot of value. Still, its marketing could be done much better on a larger scale, especially in India, in light of the new DPDP 2023 Act, which the Indian Parliament passed. It would be even more valuable if Seqrite could incorporate features to help companies comply with this law, it would be even more helpful.

When we fire any employee connected remotely over the internet, we need a security feature that blocks the system and the device.

The product or service could be improved by incorporating SIEM integrations to enable the collection of logs. Also, the solution's threat hunting and virus detection capabilities have room for improvement.

Since in our company, we haven't deployed the latest version of the solution. I won't be able to comment on what needs to be included in the solution's next release. They have an update for the solution's DLP for the new features. They also have an update for the solution's multi-factor authenticator. The SIEM integrations in the solution also have a scope for improvement.

We are facing a ransomware issue. That's why we plan to change the solution. In the next version, they should improve the areas of utility control and centralized management.

Endpoint Security would be improved by adding DLP.

The pricing could be a bit lower. It needs to be less expensive so that smaller companies would be able to afford it.

It needs to offer more customization capabilities. 

The solution’s processing is slow. There are a lot of load performance issues when we load the stacker at low NPC. The solution could be made light.

Seqrite Endpoint Security offers comprehensive protection for all endpoints, including Android and Mac devices. This is becoming increasingly important as more schools and businesses adopt these platforms. Additionally, Seqrite Endpoint Security is easy to implement and manage, making it an ideal solution for organizations of all sizes.

The solution needs to improve stability. 

User management could be improved. For example, if you have to create different types of user groups based on what kind of access they would need, that should be easier. We keep standard rules for certain profiles. The user management is not that good currently, and so we have trouble with handling user management.

Once the client is installed, then we can control it. However, the initial setup should be managed completely in mobile mode. For example, if a laptop is delivered directly from the vendor to an employee and we can trigger the command from a central place to install the client and run the standard installations as well, that would make things easier.

I'm a bit concerned about the responsiveness of support.

We are using Apple devices, and the advanced device control service doesn't work for M1 chips devices, like Apple MacBooks.

It should be more compatible with other devices.

The solution could improve by providing better security and a cloud base version.

We are currently looking for other solutions because we have had some ransomware attacks in the last two or three years and it isn't detecting them. I have been attacked three times while I have had this endpoint security.

It should be able to detect and report any ransomware attack but currently, it doesn't detect and it doesn't report any.

The initial set up could be simplified.

The stability needs to be improved, as it is not a stable product.

In the next release, I would like to see analytic reporting.
