GOAL
To become a proficient IT Project Manager leveraging on deep technical knowledge and experience across all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle; Business Analysis, Design, Development, QA (functional and performance) and Deployment.
EXPERIENCE
As a Project Manager
- In Performance Engineering
Engagement of Performance Testing services: initial client engagement to evaluate performance risk, gather performance test requirements, manage teams interactions, point of contact/escalation for delivery and client teams, oversight of project's budget and burn rate, procuring release calendar compliance / change management. Supporting a portfolio of 5-10 projects, 1 - 3 delivery teams per release.
- In Software Development
Part in Business Proposal creation, solution design & development, customer communication, CMMi process compliance, coordinate actions with external teams, comply to Project Management Methodology, team development.
As a Business Analyst.
