EXPERIENCE

As a Project Manager

- In Performance Engineering

Engagement of Performance Testing services: initial client engagement to evaluate performance risk, gather performance test requirements, manage teams interactions, point of contact/escalation for delivery and client teams, oversight of project's budget and burn rate, procuring release calendar compliance / change management. Supporting a portfolio of 5-10 projects, 1 - 3 delivery teams per release.

- In Software Development

Part in Business Proposal creation, solution design & development, customer communication, CMMi process compliance, coordinate actions with external teams, comply to Project Management Methodology, team development.

As a Business Analyst.

Requirements Elicitation and Communication, creation of Business Requirements and Functional Specification documents, participate creation of Technical Design, Architecture Design, Test Plan, Test Cases, Statement of Work and Business Proposal documents.

As a Software Engineer.

J2SE for Web Applications developer, Oracle PL/SQL Developer. Servlets, DHTML, MVC Pattern Framework development.

As a Technical Analyst

Technical client service for investment decision support tools: indices, risk and performance analytics products for use in managing equity, fixed income and multi-asset class portfolios, attending high-profile, management level clients.

Support internal teams through the development of Software projects aimed to automate tasks and improve team's performance (Excel VBA, Windows Batch Scripting, MS Access).

Required excellent communication skills, self-discipline, fast-learning, proficient knowledge of Operating Systems configuration, Networks (FTP) and programming.
