I've always been a customer service focused individual and excelled at providing awesome customer experiences whether in retail or B2B. I believe empathy is the best approach to starting a business discussion and then escalating to execution. Execution is critical. Regarding culture, everyone can add value. Other than being a business person at Freshdesk, I surf, dance, rock climb and enjoy the outdoors. The best feeling in the world is walking into the office ready to go after a morning surf sesh.
