After initial training at Control Data Institut Paris in 1984, Pierre worked for computer manufacturers, software publishers, distributors and service companies before setting up his 17-year independent consulting business in 1991.
Pierre is the author of a precursor of RPA software (named Contexteur) made in 1997 for the call centers of Société Générale, France Retail Bank.

After four years of use in these call centres, Contexteur was recovered and improved in 2001 by the service company Xsarnet, which then renamed it "Contextor" to market it after rewriting it in C++.
During a consulting assignment at Societe Generale's Retail International in 2005, Pierre led the mission of deploying Contextor software in international subsidiaries, starting with a project to optimize the relationship. BRD, the Group's Romanian subsidiary.

Having become the first software publisher in France of this type, Contextor recruited Pierre in 2008 to contribute to the pre-sales and lead numerous client projects.

After leaving Contextor in 2011, Pierre is involved in several Digital programs, notably within the Société Générale Bank group.

In 2019 Pierre joined the AEROW teams where he values his experience to his colleagues as well as clients of the company.
