Since 1997, as Founder and CIO at WCW Software, working as a specialist in Management Software for clinics and hospitals, with experience in more than 80 software deployments in this area, and training more than 700 doctors.

Managing projects and helping our clients in the organization of their companies processes, in the following areas: patient administration(receiving and scheduling), medical records, medical billing, financial management and inventory and purchases control.

On the other hand, applying my skills as a Business Intelligence consultant to help business owners and their managers in the process of decision-making, using our solutions and partners, fully based on the technology of QlikView and Qlik Sense.

These solutions based on Qlik, have been applied not only in clinics and hospitals; but also in government agencies, health insurances, stores and industry, always focusing on: strategic planning, budget planning, process changes and the production of statistical studies.

I always try to put myself into the customer’s shoes and together analyze their problems using ITC.

New challenges constantly push me to study and learn more, in pursuit of excellence in the providing outstanding services to our customers.

I’m glad to pass on to others what I have learned.

Regarding relationships, I follow the words of Dale Carnegie: “You can make more friends in two months by becoming interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get other people interested in you.”

Finally, I am a follower of Jesus, a Bible apprentice and a great admirer of Australia and its culture.
