The complexity of the initial setup depends on the size of the project. If you are migrating from another solution to Adaptavist, it needs a lot of API connectors. So it is time-consuming. In comparison, a new setup takes little time.

The initial setup was really easy. Setting everything up took us around two weeks, and after that, we needed some time to scale everything, but it didn't take that long. 

Initial setup was fairly straightforward because we had to migrate from another existing system. So migrating from something else always makes things a little more difficult but it was fine.
