BIME has been very responsive thus far and we have been sending in features requests that we would like to see incorporated into the product. Similarly, BIME has take a very collaborative relationship with its customers and partners.

8.5/10 - They have a chat feature to answer questions while the user is working on the BIME platform. They respond in a timely manner. Documentation had some gaps which required some additional training and emails.

Customer Service is non existent.

Technical Support:

I would give it a 4/10. They have a bar on the side to help, but they want you to screen shot the problem or you pretty much have to play around and figure it out yourself. Plus a call to them costs a lot of money.
