BiZZdesign HoriZZon Stability

When it comes to stability, I give it a seven out of ten. It's a fairly stable solution but has issues with deployment. The database itself and the synchronization with the database of multiple users are not up to standard. A lot of manual synchronization steps are required from the user. The solution depends on someone to manually update the Central Point in order for it to receive the information. We had about 200 people using BiZZdesign.

The stability is pretty good. I have never lost any data, even if my connection has gone down. Because it's on the cloud, you really need to have an internet connection all the time if you're using it. But whenever my connection has gone off, I have never lost data.

I would rate the stability a seven out of ten.

BiZZdesign HoriZZon is a highly stable product and I have used it for an extended period without encountering significant issues. It stands favorably in comparison to other leading enterprise architecture tools in the market, making it a valuable and reliable choice.
View full review »The stability of HoriZZon is good. There have been outages, at times, a couple in the last year, but they have not been very frequent. Because it's an enterprise architecture tool, a couple of outages for a couple of hours is acceptable because it is not something that is going to destroy the business. Maybe people are not able to document, or people are not able to view something, but it's not stopping the business. The effect of the outages has been minimal and the number of outages has also been minimal.

The program stalled twice during these few months that I've been using it. I think it's acceptable because, as far as I can remember, I didn't lose any data. I think it is quite stable.

It's a cloud-based solution but I have not noticed any issue connecting to it, or any problems while using it, and my colleagues have not reported having any kind of issue with it, so I would say that it is pretty stable.
We have five users using this solution.
It is used on a daily basis.

It is stable although there have been a few cases where it shut down. But the instances were a lot less than Windows itself.
