Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"I like the share information function.""It is very easy to jump from one communication channel to another one. It is pretty clear and very easy to do. That is the thing that I like the most from Avaya and their suite.""Interesting collaboration features."

"The way the ERP presents information for the user is very good.""The technical support is outstanding.""Most of the work that seems not to work offline works perfectly with Microsoft Office 2013, like converting a Word document to a PDF file.""Cloud-based management is valuable and software deployment is positive.""Using Office 365 has allowed us to go digital and onboard people seamlessly for working at home during the COVID pandemic.""We use it for documentation management, to collaborate with Microsoft Teams, web calls, web conference calls, chats, and as a documentation repository mainly. We have an Office pack suite to be able to write documentation, make spreadsheets, and create PowerPoints.""The most valuable feature of Office 365 is automatic saving. If something happens on the computer your work is saved.""The products are quite simple for the end-users to use, the up-time is very good, the product is practically maintenance-free, and the multi-layer security is excellent from the security standpoint."

Cons
"Increase in participant numbers reduces quality of video and sound.""The installation could be more straightforward. I would like it to work with other meeting software in the next release.""There isn't too much information about Avaya solutions and that could be very much improved. If you want some product support, you have to go through a business partner in Latin America and there aren't many partners."

"Performance-wise, Office 365 needs a lot of bandwidth. The problem is, the solution requires very high bandwidth and internet usage. Meaning, the desktop application consumes a lot of internet data. Sometimes, when the connection is slow, it won't work and it won't load. This is an area for improvement for Office 365.""Office 365 could allow for smoother collaboration with other companies, which is the main reason we use it. The B2B connection is something we need, like global adverse lists between two tenants or multiple users. That's what we're missing at the moment.""If two people update the same file, it causes issues.""We have found that, with Teams, if you are including one more person who is not in the company ecosystem, supposedly I'm inviting them as a guest in the chat. However, when I do that, I can't share files.""It would be a fantastic opportunity if their solution could be used in combination with VoIP software, allowing you to combine VoIP software and Office 365 on a single platform.""There are some complexities to the initial setup if you use some of the more advanced features.""The one big problem with the solution is if you are presenting in Teams and someone puts their hand up, you don't get a notification. If you are running a meeting and just presenting you don't know that people have their hands up and want to ask a question.""Constantly evolving with new features, which can be challenging for users."
