It is very easy to share and joins documents.""The solution is very stable.""The solution offers very good email. It's a very good email provider.""Users can work anywhere with an internet connection.""Convenient to share and collaborate documents.""The most valuable feature of the solution is email."

"It is very easy to deploy.""The phone VoIP product provides genuine a unified communication solution.""I like Office 365's usability.""There are no more server and hardware operational costs and downtime, updates, etc. for all the workloads available. Newer features and updates are available immediately. Can be managed from a single web interface. Cloud-based, so same experience for all users, regardless of location.""I like that it is cloud-based, wherefrom any computer I can access my documents and continue working.""The technical support is outstanding.""My primary use case is for preparing presentations to teach, often on PowerPoint.""There are all sorts of really good tools for use on the information security side that allow us to make sure that our people are doing business and doing business right."

Cons
"The problem with the presentation is that if you upload a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation and you convert it to Google presentation, the slides or pictures, their images are not editable. You can't edit the slides that you brought in. They're just images.""There seems to be a bit of vulnerability on some operating systems, specifically on the iPhone. There isn't as much control as if a person is using an Android. That's a bit of a concern.""Scalability is not as good as we would like.""Sometimes, I would like to be able to use the solution offline, and I can't do so. It would be ideal if there was some sort of offline mode available.""I found that there is no desktop application for this solution, and that's a major fault of this application.""There are too many steps for sharing pictures.""There could be more options in Google G Suite. They can include HD calling for Google Meet. The layout portion in the calendar for Google G Suite can be better designed. When we get into the calendar and start scheduling meetings, we do have few hiccups here and there. The layout can be a little easier. People from different backgrounds are finding it a little bit tough to understand. It should be more intuitive. At the moment, it has a completely white background. To do power saving, it would be good if they can release a darker background. There are a few issues with the formatting of Google Docs when they get converted to Microsoft docs. It would be amazing if they can resolve it in the next release.""We've had difficulty using PowerPoint files in G Suite. PowerPoint has some functions that are not available in G Suite, so when you convert from PPTX to the Slides format, they don't work."

More Google Workspace Cons →

"The one big problem with the solution is if you are presenting in Teams and someone puts their hand up, you don't get a notification. If you are running a meeting and just presenting you don't know that people have their hands up and want to ask a question.""The feature to convert PDF file to a Word document needs improvement as well as the feature to save the file automatically when typing, without using the save command.""Performance-wise, Office 365 needs a lot of bandwidth. The problem is, the solution requires very high bandwidth and internet usage. Meaning, the desktop application consumes a lot of internet data. Sometimes, when the connection is slow, it won't work and it won't load. This is an area for improvement for Office 365.""There are several additional features we would like to see, such as advanced features of SAN protection in Office 365. The main thing is the SAN protection; we would like to see a lot of advanced features added because we had a lot of spam attacks.""Integration with other platforms can be improved.""Their support is so terrible and unusable except during dire emergencies.""It seems like every other week when we log into the administrative portals, it doesn't matter which one, it could be the active directory portal, it could be the exchange admin center or SharePoint admin center, it seems like Microsoft is consistently updating with new versions of the admin centers, which can be frustrating.""Office 365 could be easier to use at first. Tutorials are needed to know how to use the solution."
