Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"Easy to use, flexible, stable, and offers great performance.""The functionality is basically the same as Cisco.""Pricing-wise, Huawei is quite good.""What we like the most is that the price is reasonable and it's easy to manage.""It is a very stable solution.""The most valuable aspect of Huawei Ethernet Switches is their excellent scalability.""The required functionalities align with telecom requirements and have improved from a capacity perspective.""It is cheap."

"I like the VLAN capabilities, and the Junos interface is easy to use.""The most valuable feature is switching on our network.""The platform is very stable in terms of consistency and reliability.""The thing that sets Juniper apart from most switches is that when you're in the command line and you make a configuration change, you just write the command and then say "commit confirmed minutes". For example, I'm configuring a switch here in my office, which is five miles away, and I say, "commit confirmed 5". If I can't get back to the interface within five minutes to be able to make sure the switch came up, it rolls back to the previous configuration. This way I do not get locked out, or the switch doesn't get messed up because of the incorrect configuration. That's an automatic feature, which is pretty slick. I haven't seen that feature with other vendors that I've worked with. That's probably my most favorite feature.""It is stable.""The most valuable feature of this solution is the Junos operating system.""The Virtual Chassis, because you have a centralized administration of a set of switches which makes the operation more efficient.""This solution is impeccable."

Cons
"Connectivity is an area that needs improvement in the solution. Interconnectivity with third-party versions or Cisco Meraki should be made available to users in future releases of the solution.""We would like to see additional backup solutions, since we have several degrees of backup.""We would like to have a greater level of automation using this solution. The customer support could also be faster.""I have issues with the support's communication language. The tool's UI can be better.""It’s hard to get technical support.""The product should improve cloud capability.""The solution should make the text report more accessible.""The technical support is technically savvy, but the communication via English is not so easy."

"Some areas of technical support could be better.""The only issue that we have with Juniper Ethernet Switches is the firmware because it is not stable.""The interface could be better. It needs improvement.""You need to make a few local configurations to work with the solution. We have faced issues with the tool's stability.""The updates are constantly breaking.""There are multiple areas of improvement in Juniper EX series switches. In terms of speed and pricing, while Juniper provides good quality services, some clients still find the price very high compared to other competitors. Also there is a need for certain features to be enhanced like clear our configuration process which will help to make Juniper switches more stronger. However, there are also multiple challenges including understanding and configuration of certain aspects difficult without assistance. Despite these kinds of challenges, there have been multiple solutions and huge potential of improvement in Juniper.""Juniper EX Series could improve the process and ease of updating the software. It is a difficult process.""We are undergoing a migration to software-defined networking. Different vendors have to integrate with each other and we are not seeing this type of capability within Juniper. We are getting left behind in this technology trend by staying with this solution. Juniper is also losing a bit of market share because of this."
