Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"I like that it is cloud-based, wherefrom any computer I can access my documents and continue working.""OneNote is the feature I use the most. We also frequently use the Power Apps features.""The most valuable feature of Office 365 is automatic saving. If something happens on the computer your work is saved.""The most valuable feature is the integration between net and mobile devices.""Cloud-based management is valuable and software deployment is positive.""There are all sorts of really good tools for use on the information security side that allow us to make sure that our people are doing business and doing business right.""The most valuable features of Office 365 are Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams. Teams helped us to collaborate more through its call and document sharing features.""The integration with other applications is pretty good."

"I think it’s probably the best self-hosted file sync tool on the market."

Cons
"The one big problem with the solution is if you are presenting in Teams and someone puts their hand up, you don't get a notification. If you are running a meeting and just presenting you don't know that people have their hands up and want to ask a question.""They should do more testing before product releases.""Using Office 365 is not that flexible on some mobile devices, like Android.""Improvements can be made to the products generic offering. It's not customized for health care. It doesn't understand the meaning of health care related concepts. Providing a greater degree of industry specificity would make the tool much more unique and valuable.""Using Visual Basic, I have had a lot of trouble with relative paths when programming for Excel, and sometimes it is very difficult to debug programs.""Performance-wise, Office 365 needs a lot of bandwidth. The problem is, the solution requires very high bandwidth and internet usage. Meaning, the desktop application consumes a lot of internet data. Sometimes, when the connection is slow, it won't work and it won't load. This is an area for improvement for Office 365.""It would be a fantastic opportunity if their solution could be used in combination with VoIP software, allowing you to combine VoIP software and Office 365 on a single platform.""As a private user, I do not appreciate the cloud features, but I doubt that this is something Microsoft would consider a feature request."
