There is a learning curve, and some training could be included to bring users up to speed.

The stability of the product has certain shortcomings, making it an area where improvements are required.

The integration capabilities of the product have some concerns and need improvements.

The price of the product needs improvement.

I'd like to see more additions to the library, which I believe currently has 200 plus items. Of course, like with anything, we'd love to see 400 plus items because then we know that they've been vetted. We can work with things as they are but that would be added value.
